XP Passwords

when connecting up password repeatedly change also my
library pin number is shown to be wrong although I know it
to be correct. Can anybody stop me going round the bend by
providing a solution? Further to the above how do I
decompress a download ? THANKYOU FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN

You need an application such as Winzip to unzip a download:
http://www.winzip.com/

Since the passwords are masked, how do you know they are wrong?
Do not count the characters.
Windows adds characters to mask the actual number of characters for
security reasons.
