XP, outlook 2002 and multiple user accounts

I am trying to do something which I expected to be fairly
straight forward with XP -- I want my wife to use her own
data files on outlook when she logs in. Nothing secret
(at least for all she knows ;-), but for efficiency sake,
I want to make sure that she has access to only her e-
mail data, her contacts, her notes, etc.

I've played around with this for hours with no success.
I know just enought to be dangerous, so I'm concerned
about doing something drastic that will require me lots
of extra hours to restore what I did.

Does MS provide a simple process for this, or at least
some straight forward instructions?

Why not just create a new XP user account for her and set up her Outlook
profile therein? It will accomplish what you want.

Otherwise - you need to create two separate profiles in Outlook (control
panel, mail) and specify that you want to be prompted for which profile to
use at startup.

Create a mail profile for her with Control Panel's Mail applet. Set the
option to ask you which profile to use when Outlook starts. When you add
the Personal Folders service to her profile, specify a PST in her Windows
user account. The default is C:\Documents and Settings\heraccount\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst

Perfect, thanx. Too bad I didn't wait for the advice. I
somehow deleted all my contacts. Luckily I recovered
most of them.
