XP OEM REINSTALL

INSTALL HANGS WITH 21 MINUTES LEFT WHEN INSTALLING START
MENU ITEMS
 
Hi Jack,

Why were you reinstalling?

If it was a problem with the hardware or a software conflict, you could just
be making things worse.

If you were restarting clean (format and new installation), then check your
hardware settings and ram.
