XP/NTFS/REMOVE 98

after sorting out alot of problems on my machine, i now
have it set up with a master harddrive using XP Pro and a
slave drive with alot of data and which has Win98
installed on it. to avoid repeating problems I just
fixed with hal.dll, etc, i want to do the following:

1. remove win 98 from the slave drive
2. convert slave drive to NTFS

problem is, I don't know how to do either one. any help
would be appreciated.
 
Move your important data to backup and format the drive using the NTFS file
system.
