XP New Themes will not be saved

I Customize a new Theme in Display Properties then try to save the new
Theme..it doesn't save it..Help??
 
* Open Display Properties dialog box
* Go to Themes tab - under theme, click the theme you want to modify & make
the necessary changes to the theme.
* When finish- click APPLY on the Themes tab, then click SAVE AS.
* U will then need to enter a name for that theme & click OK.

Hi Chinatown..your answer was done.The proplem is after 'clicking' save-as
button the Theme will not save at all into the folder/Themes in folder
Resoures on Win Xp home.
