Can anyone tell me while i'm using the network wizard a
box pops up & informs me that" spooler subsystem app has
encountered a problem & will have to close". This happens
every time I run the wizard, and seems to prevent my
network from working

Greetings Simon,

Try stopping the spooler service before you run the Network Wizard.

1. Open the command prompt and type:

"net stop spooler" (without quotes) and Press ENTER.

2. Then run the Network Wizard.

After you are finished, you can restart the service. Type "net start
spooler" at the command prompt.

Something is wrong with a printer that is being shared if
the file is SPOOLSV.EXE. Remove the printer from your
shares and this shouldn't happen.
