Spooler SubSystem

When I am using the network wizard to configure my
computer I get the following message - Spooler subSystem
App has encountered a problem and need to close.

Greetings Chuck,

A fix is available by obtaining the latest service pack for Windows XP.
Download and install Service Pack 2 (SP2). This will also ensure you are
protecting yourself against the latest security issues by downloading the
latest updates and fixes to known problems.

A workground is to open the command prompt and type:

net stop spooler

Then run the Network Setup Wizard. After the Network Setup Wizard, then you
can restart the spooler service. Open the command prompt and type:

net start spooler
