Network Setup Wizard doesn't work!

B

Brent

Everytime I run network wizard it has the following
message:

Spooler SubSystem App has encountered a problem and needs
to close

It says I con configure the network manually but I have no
idea how. I uninstalled the printer and I still get the
error. Any ideas. I'm desperate.

Greetings Brent,

First, take a look at the following MS KB Article before you follow these instructions below.

Click Start, Run, and type "cmd" to open the command prompt, and type "net stop spooler" (without quotes) and hit the ENTER key. Then try running the Network Wizard again and reboot your machine.

Here's the MS KB Article.

"Spooler Subsystem App Has Encountered a Problem and Needs to Close" and "Operation Could Not Be Completed" Error Messages
