XP Network issue

The computers in our network are recognized by the employees names. We had
someone quit and had to replace her. How do we change the network name of
the computer?

Control Panel - System and go to the Computer Name tab.

You can also get there by right-clicking on "My Computer" and
selecting Properties; or by using WinKey+Pause.
