XP logon

When I enter my password I get:

"Local policy does not permit you to logon interactively",

and I cannot logon.

Please help, as I cannot logon to my computer.

Your account is locked.

Logon as administrator and reenable it also check your
policies and make sure that your passowrd retries are not
set to 1 cause windows will try to log you inb on its
own even if you have a password setup.

I get the same response when I log on as administrator.
Is there a standard password for the administrator?
I don't think I ever had an administrator password.
