XP logon loops

After my XP logon comes up I type in password and get "Personal settings
Loading" then loops back to logon window. Have tried on all 4 users setup
plus the Admin user. Have tried safe mode. Still loops back to login
window.

Does anyone know what I can try to bypass the login window via DOS prompt
level.

Have you tried the "Ctrl+Alt+Supp twice" ? This open the classic logon
windows... Perhaps will it work...
