XP Logoff Problem

Hi,

I am having issues with machines that won't logoff or shutdown. If I click
Start->Logoff, it just sits there as if I didn't execute any command. What's
strange is if I go Start-Run, then type Shutdown -L, it logs off just fine.
All service packs and security updates are current. Any help would be
appreciated, I've been stuck on this one for a while!

You may need the MS Hive Cleanup Service download. I had problems with
delayed shutdown after installing SP3.
