Xp Login Issue

I'm running XP pro and have multi logins. Under one of the login name it
says that there is one unread email. The only email program on the computer
is outlook 2003 and there is no email at all opened or unopened for that
user. How do I convience Xp login screen of that? I have tried the
rebooting as well as shuting down for 20 minutes and restarting. Any
suggestions? Thanks very much!
 
start>run and type



regedit



HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\UnreadMail\[Youremailaddress],
double click on 'MessageCount' - in the right hand pane - and change the
value to 0(Zero).
