XP Local workgroup

I have a machine running WinXP that is not part of my
Domain but connected to the corporate network. However, I
cannot see the local workgroup that this XP machine is in
from other workstations that are on the corporate Domain.

I can ping this XP machine from any other on the Domain, I
can map to drives on this XP machine but cannot see the
local workgroup or this machine on the network via network
neighbourhood.

Any suggestions, feedback will be appreciated.
