XP loading splash screen stalled

Hi, need help.

Whenever I boot Windows XP, it loads nicely, until the Windows XP
splash screen where it stops. The blue bar is still moving, but it
didn't load into Windows XP.
When I try accessing the safe mode, a blue screen appears and my
computer immediately reboots.

Help, anyone?

Post back with the Stop Error message on the blue screen. What changed
between the time things worked and the time things didn't?

I can't see the Blue screen - it's too fast.
Anyway, I tried reinstalling XP but my SATA drive is not detected.
So I try setting up in the BIOS, and I've found that out of all the
options (up, down, enter, esc, etc.) only Esc worked.
Maybe it's related?

I can't. The screen disappears as soon as it appeared. I tried to
reinstall XP but it seems that my SATA drive is not detected. I then
checked in the BIOS, and found that in BIOs, my only working keys are
Esc, "Y" and "N" . Keys like "Enter"," up", "down", etc. just don't
work. For your information, my motherboard is MSI Pt880

Hi. If things aren't working in the BIOS, then you have hardware issues
since an operating system isn't loaded then. Try a different keyboard.
If trying a different keyboard doesn't work, then probably the
motherboard has a problem. You may want to take the machine to a good
local computer shop (not a BestBuy or CompUSA type of store) for
testing.

hi, the keyboard isn't working. I am still wondering if it's the
problem with
motherboard - is there anyway i can fix it? I tried reinstalling XP
into another hard disk drive, but it crashes whenever I try scanning
my disk. I omit the probability of HD problem, since the HD worked
with another computer.

There is no way you can fix a motherboard or processor yourself. If
either component is bad, you have to replace it. Since you say the hard
drive works in another machine, you know it is good. My guess from your
description is that the motherboard is bad, but of course you should
not take a long-distance guess about a machine I've never seen as a
firm diagnosis. Take the machine to a good computer shop and have it
tested.

Um... yup, you're right.
I'll take it to a computer shop.
