XP limited accounts unable to open explorer

When I change any of my families accounts to limited as opposed to
administrator, explorer refuses to open and want's to send an error report.
Any Ideas what might be causing this.

Yeah, I have experienced the same, and am also searching
for a solution. My version of IE 6.0 is a modified
version provided by Comcast for cable high speed internet.
