Explorer works only when logged on as Administrator. When
set as a limited account user, system displays a send
error message when user tries to use Explorer program.
System does not display an error message notice. Running
XP Home, Internet connection is a cable modem.
 
I am having a similar situation... I have two
Administrator accounts setup on my WinXP Home Edition,
mine and my husbands. I can browse the Internet when
logged into my account but my husband (also
administrator) cannot browse. I am also using a cable
connection. Please help...
