xp is looping

When I go to shutdown restart xp shuts down and goes to restart but as it starts to load it just loops at the start-up screen
 
Sorry I should have been more forthcomming, I dont have pcanywhere and never have had it installed. I did have easycd creator and that seems to have created havoc I thought I had cured that problem my cd-rw drive doesnt seem to read cds
and this restart problem have all developed since then
