Have Windows 98 installed, trying to install XP Home
Edition, error coming up is File E:\\1386/WINT32A.Dll could
not be loaded or is corrupt. Setup cannot continue. Could
there be a problem with the memory

If you have not reinstall it, try to reinstall it.
Sometimes yo may need to find the file on the CD yourself.
I did it once.
Don't ask me where is it, I will never do it again.

Your Windows CD could be damaged. Look for any scratches on the disk and
make sure there isn't any dust on it either. Once you have made sure there
are no scratches or dust, or once you have cleaned the disk if there was,
try installing Windows again. If it fails again contact Microsoft and have
them send you a replacement CD.
