XP installation: Can't find hard disk drives

XP error message: Can't find hard disk drives
when install XP on IBM eServer xSeries 335 and 345, what
kind of third party SCSI or RAID controllers do I need?

Thank you for posting your Server types and a clear description of your
problem. (I don't answer a lot of posts due to missing critical
information).

Anyway, this series of IBM servers "usually" comes with a Serveraid
controller. So, you are going to want to go to the following web page and
download these drivers:

ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/pc/pccbbs/pc_servers/23k4684.exe

Then, run this program. It will create a driver disk for you. Now, when
you are booting off of your CDROM, press F6 when prompted. Follow the
driver installation screens and point text-mode setup at the floppy.

When done, you should be able to see your hard disks in setup.

Thanks for the reply, I did create such a floppy, and push
F6, then "S", insert this floppy, and choose the list for
XP Professional, but the error message is the same.
What should I need to check (I already set BIOs to default
setting).
