XP Instalation

Hi,
I had XP installed for about 1 year, XP 2 up dated, and decided to clean
re-install XP.

All goes fine during instalation, I format C:, it installs the first set of
drivers, then it re-boots.

That's when problems begin - it re starts, reads all hard ware, but it will
not start GUI Setup phase. I have tried some 10 times, with same outcome.

I have all periferals disconected, camera, printer, etc.

Any ideas? Thanks.
 
I am also having issues with the same thing... I have tried multiple times to
get it to take. And I have even tried swapping out the harddrive... after the
"setup is copying files" phase it reboots and starts over like it never
actually wrote it to the hard drive.
