XP - Ikernel.exe error

While loading the software for a wireless USB device, I
recieved the following error message: the instruction
at "Ox771c732a" referenced memory at "OxOO162ffO". The
memory could not be read.

As a result, I cannot get on the internet.

Any suggestions on this error message?

ikernel errors are specific to InstallShield....
