[XP, IE7] E-mail link issue. Need help!

Guest

For quite a while now, when I click on an e-mail link on a website, instead
of it opening a new message in my Outlook, it opens 10 blank windows in IE
and tells me that the mail server isn't properly setup. I usually have to
Crtl-Alt-Del and close down all IE windows.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

1. See http://www.slipstick.com/config/defaultmailer.htm

2. (WinXP) [Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs >] Set Program Access and
Defaults > Email > ...

If still no joy, see:

Multiple browser windows open when you click on a mailto: link:

DefaultMail v2.1
