XP IE HIJACKED

Something freaking hijacked my IE 6.0. Now I have toolbar
views turning themselves on intermittently. Even when I
run Adware/Spybot the toolbar doesn't get cleaned. And
since Im runnin XP Pro, freakin IE is part of it and I
can't REPAIR it or get RID of it and start fresh like I
used to be able to with 2000 Pro. Gotta love this new
freaking feechur. Blech. Any ideas? The stoopid thing
that shows and turns on just says bat.32 in the View
Toolbars list. It hijacks my starting page, add tons of
favorites and does all sorts of other nasty crap.
