xp hotfix filesize in add/remove programs

all my xp hotfixes in add/remove programs show a file size
of 21.28 megs i have a total of 19 hotfixes.
why are they all the same size and where are the 1 or 2 meg
updates windows update installed ?

21.28 is the TOTAL of all the Hotfixes installed.
