I can not access internet explorer, outlook nor my control panel. When I boot in safe mode I can access the control panel. I have tried to reinstall xp and that did not work. I have also tried to go back to a date 7 days ago and that does not help. I installed Norton antivirus and it did not find anything. Any suggestions?
 
Boot in safe mode and go to internet options and uncheck enable third party
extensions and see if it helps.
