I have a new DELL 8300 that came pre-installed with XP Home. After a
couple of weeks and no problems I decided to upgrade it to XP Pro. I
started the upgrade process and everything was going fine until 34
minutes left in the installing devices section then I get:

BAD_POOL_CALLER

0x000000C2 (0x00000007,0x00000CD4,0x00340045,0xE13FA7EC)

Now whenever I boot the machine it starts the upgrade process and
always runs into this error.

Questions:

How can I fix this to finish the upgrade?

Or at least stop the upgrade and get it back to where it was?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Jarrod
