XP Home system crashes complaining about a driver but with no other information

Have a Gigabyte 7VRXP mother board with what I think are current
drivers. No unsigned drivers are identified by Sigverif. System
crashes within a few minutes after start up (5-15 minutes) and after
reboot is stable for the rest of the day. Blue screen error stop
codes are:

Ox0000008E (OxC0000005, Ox80534DE3, OxF5304A30, Ox00000000)

Windows error report after reboot indicated driver problem. Codes
are:
BCCode: 1000008E, BCP1: C0000005, BCP2: 80534DE3, BCP3: F5304A30,
BPC4: 00000000, OSver: 5_1_2600, SP: 1_0, Product: 768_1

I have changed video card with no improvement. I had a computer shop
run trouble shooting software and found no issues. Have installed
latest BIOS ssettings from Gigabyte. The only thing I haven't done is
check out or replace the dial-up modem. Any ideas would be much
appreciated.
