Computer keeps retarting can't shut it down!

When I try to shut down from Sart/Shutdown button computer keeps
restarting Also getting Blue Screen Codes
Sometimes this one
STOP: 0x0000008E (0x8060E31B, 0xF8674A54, 0x00000000)
Sometimes this one
STOP: 0x00000093 (0x6E712D68, 0x00000001, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

As computer starts I get
bad boot.ini file bott from c:// windows

When XP Comes back on I get "computer has had a serious error when I
view details I get

BCP2: 8060E31B
BCP3: F85E4A54
BCP4: 00000000
OSver: 5_1_2600
SP:1_0
Product: 768_1
Any help would be appreciated
