xp home sp2 help

after I installed sp2 explorer stopped opening links. if it has to open a new
window for the link it won't do anything. I have to open a new window and
drag it in to the address bar. I have the same problem in my e-mail if there
is a link it will not open with one exemption the link in the notification
from this site worked.
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!!

I am sorry to say, my computer did not meet the same problem with yours.
If I have the same problem with yours, I will reinstall my computer
immediately.
