XP Home Problem

I have been trying to put XP home back on computer after
installing a new hard drive. After installing the
Quickrestore disks which are supposed to have all the
boot files and such on them, I now get a message that the
NTLDR is missing. I tried the fix I found online to try
to rewrite the missing files but that didnt work..Any
ideas?
