WINDOWS XP WITH SP1 WIL NOT ACTIVATE, I KEEP ACTIVATING
AND IT TELLS ME THAT ACTIIVATION WAS SUCESSFUL BUT EVERY
TIME I BOOT UP IT TELLS ME I ONLY HAVE 7 DAYS TO
ACTIVATE, IT STARTED AT 20 DAYS NOW I AM AT 7 DAYS

Possible Resolution:

Boot into "Safe Mode" by pressing (F8) during a reboot.

Go to Start > Run and type: regsvr32 regwizc.dll , and hit enter.
Then go again to Start > Run and type: regsvr32 licdll.dll , and hit enter again.

Apparently, and I can't say how, the above files became unregistered.

STOP SHOUTING -capitalisation of your message - it's considered impolite in
forums.

Allow the activation wizard to proceed and get a phone number for microsoft
in your local area.

They will assist you to overcome this problem on the phone
