XP Home Machine reboots

I have a XP home machine that will come up with error on
boot & then reboots & it will do this until you shut it
off.


The error is

isass.exe system error
When trying to update a password,this return status
indicates that value provided as the currect password is
incorrect.

This happens in safe mode aswell

Any Help is appreciated
