XP Home and isass.exe error on startup

I have a machine that is giving me problems. When it is
booted it procedes to load XP then displays the following
message and procedes to reboot. I have tried using safe
mode and get the same results.



Message:

ISASS.EXE/ System Error. When trying to update a password
return status indicates values provided as current
password is not correct.


Any suggestions?
