Password Error?

When I turned on my PC everything loaded regularly then right after the sign
that shows Windows is finished loading an alert titled "Isass.exe --- Systen
Error" came that said, "When trying to update a password, this return status
indicates that the value provided as the current password is not correct"
After that alert the computer automatically reboots and the process
continously repeats.

A suggested fix that seems to work on a regular basis without reloading the
system is to use Recovery Console and run a "chkdsk /r".
