XP Home IE 7 will not Add New Network Place.

This Compaq PC has XP Home and IE 7 with all the updates. MS Live One Care
is running and up to date.

Expression Web 2 will connect but not Publish All.

It this a bug in XP Home? A bug in IE 7 ? Or a bug in Expression Web 2 ?

It's probably an issue with Live OneCare since OneCare blocks network
access.

I stopped Live One Care and it connected and published;
http://melvillehighschool.org

This is a Windows Server.

The Linux account is connecting but not Publishing. It receives the , "You
are not authorized, etc " http://iLouisiana.biz


I will keep trying on the Linux now that one account Published.
