I visited the Windows ME home page to find out I qualify for an upgrade to
Windows XP. However, there aren't any forms to fill out or a link to request
a installation CD. Maybe I'm missing something. Could someone point me in the
right direction?

It sounds like you are expecting this as an upgrade you just download and install, but that is not the case. You have to buy Windows XP. Check with any of the online retailers, or you might still find XP at a local retailer.

An installation CD of what - XP? You have to purchase that from your
favorite software reseller.

Please post the URL of the site you visited which indicated that you
qualified for the upgrade.

You can use an XP Upgrade CD to upgrade your ME system to XP. The
Upgrade version will be cheaper than the full retail version, but this
is NOT a free upgrade. You'll have to buy the CD.

Hi Archer.........
Ok....apparently a misunderstanding.........the site you refer to is simply
offering information as to which older Operating Systems are qualified to
use the "upgrade", version of Windows XP, and which would have to use the
Full Version. In either case, the XP Operating System software would have
to be purchased, not offered as a replacement to your existing one. It's
unfortunate they used the word "qualifies"....it's somewhat misleading.
