XP home cannot get all users to display on welcome screen

Friday Morn

XP home on Dell laptop

All appears to be working fine.

2 users, both set as administrators: both are displayed on Normal-startup
welcome screen.

Only these 2 users are displayed in the "User Accounts" dialog.

When booting to safe mode, one of the users and "Administrator" are
displayed on welcome screen.

In the "User Accounts" dialog the two users, Administrator, Owner, and
guest, are displayed.

What setting do I change to have Administrator, or Owner, appear on the
normal-boot welcome screen?

I do not know why there is an Administrator account. My experience is XP
home's default account is Owner.

I did not setup this computer, or add these users.

No you did not.
They are defaults.

Get TweakUI from Microsoft's site (do a search for "Powertoys for Windows
XP") and install it - you can choose who you see on the LOGON screen.

There are two users in addition to the default user(s). These are the users
I did not add.

My experience: XP Pro adds Administrator, Home adds Owner. Not sure why both
are on this computer.

Thank you for this tip.

Is there any other way of accomplishing this?

As was already mentioned by Shehan, they are suppose to be there, and a
installed by default during installation.
