Greeting,

I have never seen this one before so any help would be appriciated.

OS: Windows XP Home SP2

Here is the issue. You start up the system and you reach the boot screen.
The progress bar starts to progress and progress and progress.

Ok, I thought that a way of telling if your system is hanging is the
progress bar stops. Well it's not stopping.
I can however boot the system into safe mode with network support. I went
into the event veiwer and I'm not seeing anything there to would give me a
clue as to what is going on.

Has anyone seen this happen before?

Thanks in advance!

Bryan

You have to ask yourself (since we don't know), has anything!!! been changed
recently? programs, drivers, hardware, etc.

I knew I forgot to add something....

The only thing that was added was a cd cover design application. That
applicatoin has been removed and the problem did not go away.
No drivers or hardware has been added.
