XP Home Administrator Account

How do I log onto it please. The account name appear on the list of users on
the Welcome screen, but if I boot up in Safe Mode it is there

That is the default administrator account that went into hiding the minute you
created your own administrator account.There really is no need to log onto it
other than in safemode...your own administrator account can do everything that
this account does.Its there in case you actually forgot your password/did not
create an administrator account under your name/have unusuall problems that only
the basic administrator acct can help you solve in safe mode.It is set up to be
accesible only in safe mode.
