XP help and support

The help and support function on my machine will not and
has never worked. When clicking on the h&S icon the timer
comes and goes and then nothing.

There are 347 files occupying 18.2M in the windows/help
directory

Might I suggest you'd be better off on asking about this
in .general or .help-and-support than in .embedded which
isn't to do with a home/office version of the OS.
