XP freezes up. No warning

I'm running XP Home SP1. My computer keeps freezing up
when i check my mail using Outlook Express 6. I had
Norton Anti-Spam installed. I thought that might be the
problem so i removed it. The same thing keeps happening.

I have all the updates from windowsupdate.com. I also
have Norton Anti-Virus fully up to date and I ran a full
scan. It found nothing.

Anyone have any ideas.

Use this tool (above) to isolate the program (if it IS a
program) that's causing the problem . . .

It could also be spyware. Both of these vendors (below)
have free versions of their anti-spyware software:

SpyBot

AdAware
