XP Freeze.

I recently had to install a new hard drive, so then of
course I had to re-install everything including Microsoft
ME and then using my XP upgrade on top of that. Since
upgrading to Microsoft XP from Microsoft Millenieum my
computer keeps freezing up. This happened the last time I
upgraded and someone told me I just needed to update a
video driver and it fixed the problem. My only problem is
I don't remember where I downloaded the file from and what
its name was. Anyone have any idea of the exact driver I
need and where I can find it?
