XP Firewall disabled

Hi, can anyone help me. After I had installed Anti-Spy I
found that my XP Windows Firewall had been disabled. I
have tried without success to enable it but it states
that it has been unable to do so. Also, I have a second
computer which used to use the same internet connection
but is now unable to and I cannot find a way to revert
back. Any help would be appreciated.

One more detail to mention.

I take it that you are using the Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) feature
to share the Internet connection.

You may also find that in addition to getting the Internet connection
working properly on the host machine, you need to re-run the network setup
wizard on the ICS host machine to re-establish ICS properly.
