XP Fax - can't view fax in Console - forwards blank emaill

Hi:

I'm just orphaned from WinFax. I've set up MS Fax in XP Pro.
Sending/Receiving works fine. However, when I receive a fax, I can't view it
in Console (grayed out, double click does nothing). Also, it forwards a
message into Outlook XP, however it is blank (just my CSID). If I manually
click Save As, Email to, or Print, it works fine. This doesn't seem right to
me. Shouldn't it forward the fax image to my Inbox? And shouldn't I be able
to view it from Console? Thanks in advance.
