xp dwwin in task manager/cant open dosc clean up

Running xp and cant delete TIF
Wont let me access disc clean up, when u click either TIF or disc clean up
dwwin.exe appears in task manager?????

The file is part of XP's error reporting tools. Apparently there's a
problem that it's trying to gather information about. Most of the time it
is successful but if an error is really messy, it can hang dwwin.exe as
well.

When you say "click either TIF or..." --Is "TIF" in Internet Options>
General? If no, may want to try and delete this files using this method.
