xp crashes

i have ran the malicious removal tool and it shows nothing. now i can't even
get to safe mode without it restarting. it boots then before safe mode comes
up it shuts down and then reboots after a little bit.. my monitor shuts off
and sometimes doesn't come back on for a while.. any suggestions?
