I can use my computer no problem UNTIL I launch Outlook
2003 running Exchange and POP3.

When I do that XP Pro crashes and I get a blue screen of
death. After it reboots I get the following error
messages:

The system has recovered from a serious error.

ERROR SIGNATURE:

C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini030704-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\ereece.ISN\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER3.tmp.dir00

Any help would be appreciated.

Submitted it to Microsoft by Error Reporting? It will most likely tell you
to update your drivers and more specific your videocard driver.
