XP crash: STOP: 0x0000009c

Hi, using newish desktop and new to XP

Recently had a number of crashes with blue screen showing msg:
STOP: 0x0000009c (00000004, 0x80545FF0, 0xB2000000, 0x00070F0F)

Have to reboot and all appears to run correctly for severel days then...

Any help gratefully appreciated
