MS Office 2003 Missing Office Toolbar

I switched on my computer this morning and found that all my setting in the
control panel had changed to 640 by 480 pixels on the screen resolution and
the colour quality had changed to Lowest (4 bit).
As everything is so large, when I change the above settings to 1024 by 768
pixels and the screen resolution to Highest 32 bit I cannot get to the tabs
at the bottom of the Display properties screen to activate the Apply button
and the OK button.
I think there is an easy way to do this but I can' remember how to do this.
Can any one help with this problem?
Thanks in advance.
Ian

When I got to settings tab the "ok" button is the highlighted item there
on the bottom. You should be able to just hit the enter key when you
finish setting the setting you want.

Try safe mode.
That usually sizes things to fit.
Change settings, fix icon sizes, etc, then reboot into normal mode.
